- Our Annual Toy Drive Collection for Chigivesback starts November 1-Dec 8, 2025. Bring your presents for the children/teenagers of CGB to the NCA November or December meeting. You can also do a drop off M-F as well. Each unwrapped, new gift item/zelle/cash you donate, gets you entered to win a $50 gift card to use at a Atomic Hospitality Restaurant. The drawing ends at the Dec 8 Meeting!

NCA Members, we need you to make our 2026 Elections run smoothly!
1)Be in the Election Committee with Anthony Gates, Dir of Administration
Election committee members can be any NCA member (Concierge or Affiliate) of the NCA Chicago Chapter. You can not be on the committee if you plan to running for a board position.
We need 2-3 members for the Election Committee
The Director of Administrative may ask the committee to vet and question new ballot nominees on their qualifications during November-December. These are by reviewing a nominee's letter of intent and attendance records.
In January, the committee’s duties will to verifying the e-ballots and announce the results for our records. This will occur during the NCA Chicago Chapter Meeting in January.
Time Commitment: Approximately 1-2 hours in November-December, with mandatory attendance at the January meeting for the election (2 hours).

2)We are accepting Letter of Intentions to be on the ballot.
We start the process of elections for the NCA Chicago Chapter Board of Directors for the upcoming year of 2026.
All qualified members are highly encouraged to run for a position. To be eligible to run for a board position you must be:
-Certified Concierge/ Associate Concierge or Endorsed Partner member to be considered based on the nominations criteria
-Have or is in process of being a Certified Concierge or Endorsed Partner.
-In addition, members are to have attended a minimum of 6 meetings throughout the year to be a member in good standing.
-Have been a member for a minimum of one full year, and have renewed membership for the next year by December 25.
-Will committed to attending all monthly meetings, all monthly board meetings, and the annual National NCA Conference in August.
-Member has a proven record of compatible skills for role and have shown involvement within the NCA and hospitality community.
-Member has not previously resigned from a board position while active in the chapter.
This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic group of people and directly inspire the future of our chapter in the Concierge/Hospitality industry.
For those interested in running for a board position (description of roles can be emailed to you), please submit your Letter of Intent to run on the board or nominate a qualified member during this nomination period, 10/16/2025 to 11/15/2025. The Letter of Intent or Nomination is a brief paragraph that details your qualifications and skill set for a certain board position and how your interest will further the Chicago Chapter. Email you Letter of Intent to Anthony Gates, Director of Administration, and the Board of Directors at chicagonca@gmail.com.
Once Letters of Intent and nominations have been received, the Nomination Committee will contact you with any follow-up questions to finalize the ballot. E-ballots will be sent out to the membership to vote. Membership Renewals must be completed by December 25, 2025 in order to vote.
