Our NCA chapter has been warmly invited to an exclusive culinary experience crafted especially for Arizona’s concierge professionals. Classic Cooking Academy is opening its doors for a private, chef-led event designed to inspire, delight, and elevate the experiences you offer your guests.

The evening will begin with a welcome reception featuring canapés of gravlax and Prosecco, along with time to mingle with fellow NCA members and our gracious hosts.
At 6:00 p.m., interested attendees will be invited into the kitchen for a hands-on, chef-led lesson preparing gougères with chicken tarragon salad.
You will learn culinary techniques from professionally trained instructors, participate in creating the dish, and then enjoy the fruits of your labor.
